Details of the job description:
The goal of the job:
Under the general supervision of the main engineer, and his reports are submitted to the director of the office, the architect undertakes the following tasks:
- Performances to determine needs and requirements.
- Performing any other tasks that the supervisor may cost.
Main responsibilities:
1- Architectural design and documentation:
Preparing architectural designs, detailed graphics and 3D perceptions.
Ensure that the designs meet the requirements of the project and local construction standards.
Keep the design documentation organized.
Support and enhance the main planning capabilities and architectural design.
Provide creative design inputs for the main planning projects.
Developing conceptual designs for buildings based on project summaries.
Preparing graphic presentations at the main planning and construction level.
Setting high -quality plans and ensuring effective design format with interior and exterior teams.
2- Supervising and coordinating the site:
Conducting field visits to oversee construction work and ensure adherence to designs.
Coordination with contractors and engineers to solve problems on the site.
3- Institution of stakeholders:
Collect the project requirements and provide architectural guidance.
Effective communication about the concepts of design in project meetings.
4- Preparing reports and documentation:
Providing periodic reports on progress and project updates.
Keep comprehensive records of all project documents.
Preparing the project reports periodically.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
At least 3 to 5 years experience in architectural design, drawing graphics, and setting specifications, with the ability to analyze technical aspects and aspects of construction.
Experience is required to supervise the site.
It is preferable to know and experience the quantities.
Experience in architecture and architectural design.
Strong skills in project management.
Getting up design programs, building information modeling (BIM), scheduling, including:
ArchiCAD- AutoCAD- SketchUp- Revit- MS Project
The ability to explain project summaries, specifications, customer requirements, and construction susceptibility considerations.
The ability to build and preserve relationships with customers, including leading and communicating offers with them.
Work efficiently under pressure and adhere to the narrow final dates.
Excellent analytical and technical skills, with problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with advanced written, visual and verbal abilities.
Excellent communication skills, the team’s cooperative spirit, and a approach focusing on customer service.
