Mission :
Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, your role will be to provide technical and strategic support to the SSR interventions implemented as part of the response to the Sudanese crisis, in Ouaddai and Sila.
In particular, you strengthen the functional and organizational capacities of sexual and reproductive health clinics in refugee camps.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Carry out a diagnosis on the implementation of SSR activities with a focus on the quality of services and the community component
Supervise and train ACF teams on sexual and reproductive health, based on the gaps identified during the initial diagnosis
Establish a mechanism to strengthen participation and community engagement in favor of the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents as part of the implementation of our activities
Participate in internal coordination and reporting
Profile :
You hold a midwifery diploma, and have at least 5 years of experience in SSR, including 3 years in an NGO including training, coaching and supervision of technical teams in SSR.
You have experience in project management including the identification of needs, analysis of the situation, planning and implementation of SRH interventions, monitoring and evaluation.
You ideally have prior experience in refugee or displaced persons camps.
You are sensitive to cross-cutting themes of gender, protection and environment and are able to operationalize these.
You ideally know how Action Against Hunger works, key institutions and partners.
You are autonomous, with strong proactivity and ability to work under pressure.
You have a sense of organization, priority management and rigor.
You have excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Terms of employment
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 7 months until 04/30/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767 euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Travel support and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
