Mission :
Within the Delegated Department of Administrative, Social and Steering Management (GASP), and under the supervision of the Deputy Director, your role will be to support the definition and development of remuneration frameworks as well as their management, payroll management tools, while ensuring technical reference.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Support the definition and dissemination of remuneration frameworks. Support the delegated director in the definition of ACF France’s social remuneration model.
Support managers in defining remuneration frameworks (headquarters, international, country office) and guarantee advice adapted and innovative to the association’s working contexts.
Define the remuneration frameworks for international mobility and ensure the adaptation of the remuneration frameworks to the obligations of the countries of intervention.
Define and disseminate, to country offices, reference tools offering different approaches and remuneration mechanisms applicable to our economic model and our social activity.
Ensure the continued development of head office and country office HR teams for compensation executives and associated international mobility
Define and disseminate payroll management frameworks
Define and guarantee the implementation and monitoring of head office payroll management tools and associated HR indicators.
Define and disseminate, to country offices, reference tools for monitoring payroll and associated HR indicators.
Ensure the continuous development of head office and country office HR teams to management of payroll and associated HR indicators
Ensure functional management. Participate in the technical validation of profiles
Ensure their proper integration and transmission of the association’s remuneration/management frameworks
Participate in the development and monitoring of their individual action plans; annual appraisal interviews?; to the development of their professional skills.
Profile :
With higher education (Bac +4/Bac +5) in Human Resources management, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in social management control and international mobility management.
You have previous experience in international organizations. Autonomous, creative and capable of uniting, you are also recognized for your teaching skills and your ability to transmit and communicate.
You have initial experience in compensation and management of international mobility in an international setting. Experience in social management control is also desired.
With an appetite for numbers, you also have project management skills. Knowledge of payroll is an asset.
Autonomous and rigorous, you are capable of managing several projects or files simultaneously.
Your communication skills are strong, and fluent command of English and French is essential.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 46K to 55K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Advantages: 25 days of CA
21 days of RTT
