Mission :

We are looking for our new Resource Pole Project Manager for the France Mission in Marseille, in order to contribute to the definition and ensure the implementation of the accompaniment and support strategy for operational partners in the region. PACA.
You will be responsible for:
Contribute to the definition of the strategy and support activities of the Marseille-PACA base partnersContribute to monitoring the context and activities of the base partners
Participate in the identification, development and drafting of new partner support and support projects
Represent Action Against Hunger
Ensure the deployment and monitoring of support activities for partners of the Marseille-PACAD base. Develop partner support and project engineering tools and methodologies (operational intervention protocol in food security, monitoring and evaluation including diagnosis; coordination and networking; animation and training, etc.)
Ensure a regular presence in the field alongside the partners of the Resources Center and targeted audiences
Actively participate in the dynamics of coordination, representation, and external inter-actor work, and external interventions
Organize and lead training sessions and coordination/work meetings according to the needs of partners
Support the capitalization and feedback of field information for reporting, communication and advocacy purposes Ensure the collection, analysis, valorization and dissemination of qualitative and quantitative data from the activities of the Resources Center, particularly those from surveys ground
Ensure capitalization and participate in the dissemination and internal and external valorization of tools, reports, results produced
Contribute to the development and writing of thematic notes, communication and advocacy documents
Manage and supervise your team and participate in the life of the base and the missionRecruit, supervise, lead and support your team (employees, interns, volunteers)

Profile :

You have higher general training at Master 1/2 level (international relations, political science, etc.) and/or specialized training in international development, economics or statistics, human sciences, nutrition/food, engineering territorial, social design.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the field of project management, social assistance, food democracy, protection and/or access to essential services and international rights or in France.
You have already successfully carried out development, network animation, partnership and coordination of actors as well as collection, storage, analysis and graphic valorization of data.
You are an expert in food security, nutrition and/or monitoring and evaluation applied within the framework of food security programs.
You are particularly competent in public speaking, external representation as well as workshop and meeting facilitation and you have good skills in developing and facilitating adult training.

Terms of employment
Status: Integrated Manager – 13-month fixed-term contract until 06/30/2025 – Full-time
Location: Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
