The trainer/trice of trainers/trices (FDEF)

1. Prerequisites to apply for this training:
– he/she perceives his work as a mission and believes in educational values;
– he/she has the educational skills necessary to exercise his profession
educator/trice;
– He/she will be available on weekends and holidays;
– He/she has the necessary qualifications specified below.

2. Qualification required:
– have a proven university training (preferably) or in science
education;
– Have followed vocational training at CAP, BAP or DT (an asset);
– have at least 3 years of experience as a trainer/trice or teacher;
– master French and Creole, both in writing and in oral (Spanish and/or English: an asset);
– have the ability to write and correct texts both in French and Creole;
– Master modern IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Dropbox, Zoom,
Skype…) ;
– Know how to act in a complex situation.

3. Description of the proposed training:
The proposed training, which will be given intensively, includes:
– basic educational training that includes:
o training according to the skills approach methodology (APC) for a duration of 360
hours, carried out in face -to -face;
o follow -up of educational productions (module or training manual, etc.);
o an assessment of the teaching given to a group of 15 learners/es at least, in
a classroom and in a workshop or laboratory;
o An assessment of the teaching received by the group of 15 learners at least.
– training preparing for a set of five events:
o Preparation and animation of a training session intended for trainers/trices in
training or teacher in training;
o Evaluation of the training provided by a trainer/trice in training or a (e)
Teacher in training in front of a group of trainers or teachers;
o Correction of educational productions developed by trainers/trices in training
or teachers in training;
o Observation of a trainer/trice in training or to a teacher in
training while he teaches a group of trainers/trices in
training or teacher in training;
theoretical evaluation oleuve.

4. Skills acquired during this training:
At the end of the training, the “trainer/trice of trainers/trices” will be capable:
– to intervene as a specialist in skills approach (APC);
– to support trainers or teachers in various forms and in a
proactive. He/she must therefore:
o Orient them towards educational resources;
o Animate, moderate and assess educational activities;
o provide help to the use of standards, technological tools, etc. ;
o Organize, plan, assess training sessions and ensure its follow -ups;
– revise the didactic manuals produced by trainers/trices and/or teacher;
– to support trainers/trices and teachers in the use of the computer tool:
– Participate in the implementation of a training program.

5. Description of tasks:
At the end of the training and after certification, he/she could be engaged for:
– Train according to the methodology of APC (skills approach) the staff of the CFPT (Center
vocational and technical training), EET (Educational Establishments
Technique), EEP (vocational education establishment) and/or EES (Establishment
secondary education);
– participate in the establishment, in the short and medium term, of the development plans of
Trainers/trices and teachers according to quantitative and qualitative needs
existing;
– Develop adapted training programs as well as manuals intended for
Trainers/trices, teachers and students;
– Ensure the educational and technological watch;
– follow the evolution of vocational and technical training in both Haiti and in the world;
– set up a technical staff assessment system;
– Propose technological and didactic innovations for the development of the sector;
– Perform all other tasks related to those aforementioned;
– ensure the follow -up of trainers or teachers in training in centers of
Training in Port-au-Prince and/or in the provincial cities.

6. Training offer:
– trainers (trices) or teacher who will participate in this training will integrate the team
BTFPSA/ENDC from the start of their contract, with a probation contract lasting 3 months;
– At the end of this contract, they will continue to be part of the team as trainers of
trainers, with a contract for the provision of services and the responsibilities corresponding to
this function;
– Five candidates will be retained and must show geographic availability, the
Entec antennas being located in Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haitian and the Cayes.

7. Documents to present:
