Mission :
Under the responsibility of the Internal Audit Department Manager, your mission will be to ensure analysis and control of the organization’s activity and its control environment, by identifying areas for improvement and formulating recommendations.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Carry out and conduct audits within the structure in accordance with the annual audit schedule. Contribute to data collection and participate in the development and updating of the annual internal audit plan.
Prepare the audit mission by developing the mission audit program.
Conduct the audit mission, respecting the audit framework and standards in force.
Assess the importance and criticality of the risks linked to the identified gaps.
Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the audit mission.
Write an audit report including an analysis of the situation, a presentation of dysfunctions and recommendations.
With the support of the Internal Audit Manager, present the recommendations to the General Manager, the Management Committee, the Audit Committee as well as the managers of the audited entity.
Contribute to the development of internal audit within the organization Participate in the development and updating of internal audit methods, means and tools, in accordance with internal and professional standards.
In collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager, contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in internal audit, in particular by monitoring technical and methodological developments, as well as benchmarks with other organizations.
Promote internal audit and its added value within the organization, through awareness-raising activities and debriefings of audit missions with stakeholders.
In conjunction with the Internal Audit Manager, promote the sharing of internal audit knowledge within the ACF-IN network.
Contribute to the animation of the ARC Business Line Supervise internal audit activities in the ACF Country Offices concerned.
Guarantee the quality of audit work carried out by internal auditors in ACF Country Offices
Profile :
With higher education, such as business school or auditing, you have experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or in internal control. Experience in the field, in the administrative and financial field, within an international solidarity NGO or sensitivity to international solidarity issues would be a plus.
You have knowledge of internal audit techniques and standards (carrying out internal audit missions: planning, execution, finalization and monitoring).
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening skills, your synthesis skills and your insight. Autonomous and rigorous, you will be able to convince and argue while playing the role of facilitator. You are capable of evolving in an intercultural environment, of adapting and respecting different cultures.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Start date: 02/11/2024
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
