Mission :
Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, your main role will be to identify and implement quality, relevant and innovative Mental Health and Care Practices interventions, in compliance with ACF strategy, standards, international standards and national policies.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Provide food for thought on the strategy and positioning of the SMSPS department.
Promote the transversal integration of the MHPSS sector with other sectors, in collaboration with the Field Coordinator.
Identify needs and contribute to the formulation of projects.
Carry out needs assessment missions (methodology, definition of tools, training of teams in the field, conduct of field surveys).
Collect secondary data and feedback from target populations.
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of SMSPS projects.
Contribute to the Quality and Accountability processes and to measuring the impact of your program.
Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF in its area of intervention.
Supervise and manage your teams: Define the human resources needs for your activities and the organization chart of your team.
Participate in the recruitment of your teams (writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, tests, etc.).
Contribute to capitalization and technical development within your sector.
Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during the mission’s MHPSS activities.
Profile :
You hold a BAC +5 level diploma in clinical psychology.
You have at least 2 years of international experience, ideally acquired with ACF or another NGO, in an SMSP Program Manager position. Experience in team management and training would be appreciated.
You have a good knowledge of project management tools (budget management, logistics, indicator monitoring). You have a perfect command of IT tools and the Office pack (Word, Excel).
You also demonstrate diplomacy, good interpersonal skills and a great capacity for adaptation, essential for working in Basse-Kotto.
You have excellent managerial and supervisory skills, and are able to work under pressure in a volatile security context.
Knowledge of ACF’s commitments, objectives and intervention principles, as well as standard documents, would be an asset.
Terms of employment
Vaccination against Mpox is recommended for employees traveling to this country.
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 12 months
Salary: Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2473 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729 euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 450 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)

Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
