Mission :
As part of the overall fundraising strategy from individuals, the Head of the Liberalities & Philanthropy Collection Unit will aim to define the strategy of the Liberalities and Philanthropy department and to manage the deployment of the donations action plans, high potentials and philanthropy with a view to developing ACF’s private resources with testators and philanthropists.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Define the annual strategy and the action plan for loyalty and prospecting of individual donors for the Liberalities and Foundation division.
Define a direct marketing strategy and an action plan for the Liberalities, high potentials and Foundation pole in accordance with the ACF collection strategy and in coordination with the other channels and the General Public Collection Deputy Director.
Identify the issues, targets, prospects and means to achieve the objectives of recruitment, realization and retention of potential testators, proven testators and Foundation donors.
Ensure the management of the implementation of the strategy and the action plans Liberalities, high potentials and Foundation, in coordination with the other channels and interlocutors of the General Public Collection Delegated Department as well as the Donor Relations Pole.
Participate in segmentation updates mainly with the Collection Coordinator – Direct Marketing Department and the Marketing Research Manager as well as the rest of the team.
Interview, negotiate and select new service providers in collaboration with the Purchasing and Legal Department.
Manage and supervise the activities of the Junior Liberal and Philanthropy Officer.
Recruit and train employees in conjunction with the Human Resources department.
Profile :
Holder of training in marketing or private law (bac+4/5 level), you have professional experience of at least 6 years of experience in fundraising with ideally experience in an agency and possibly having dealt with the subject donations and/or major donors.
A first experience in fundraising with large donors would be a plus.
Educator and showing a real sense of empathy, your sense of listening allows you to build relationships of trust and quality with your interlocutors.
Your abilities to create and maintain a network are demonstrated.
Your writing skills are excellent and you are recognized for your rigor and your analytical and synthesis skills.
Fluency in operational English is desired.

Status: Integrated Manager – 5-month fixed-term contract – Full-time

Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 45K to 54K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
