Mission :

Under the supervision of the General Director, your role will be to ensure the secretarial, organization and administrative management of the General Management.

More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure the secretariat, organization and administrative management of the General Management
· Follow and organize the Director General’s agenda
· Process certain messages and write letters and emails at the request of the general manager
· Establish an archiving system for old files and ensure classification of current files (organizational and strategic), in order to respond to internal requests on these subjects
· Have documents from all departments signed and circulated after signature by the Director General
· Monitor the updating of absence schedules for directors and their assistants
· Develop and propose a management budget to the CEO and ensure budget monitoring for the current year. Ensure a monitoring and ale role

Profile :

With a higher education such as Bac+2/3 in management assistantship or communication, you have professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Previous experience in the associative/international solidarity sector would be desirable.
You know how the humanitarian sector and/or associative organizations work. Knowledge of the structure, functioning and internal procedures within Action Against Hunger is a plus.

You have knowledge of budget management. You also have skills in basic commercial negotiation techniques.

Organized and responsive, you master Pack Office and demonstrate proven writing and interpersonal skills. Motivated by the humanitarian sector, you are also recognized for your rigor, your strength of proposal, your sense of confidentiality as well as your ability to manage pressure.

Fluent English, both oral and written, is required.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 34K to 41K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
