Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of the International Accounting Department, your mission will be to verify the accounting entries related to the accounting of receivables (mainly lessor receivables) as well as the associated prepaid income.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Check each entry present in the receivables account and in particular the entries present in A-News. Analyze the accounting entries and list the various supporting documents (Contracts, Financial Reports, etc.).
Analyze unsettled receivables and compare the elements recorded with contract follow-ups.
Identify and explain the discrepancies, and propose, if necessary, an adjustment entry.
Validate prior art and, if necessary, propose write-downs of receivables.
If necessary, liaise with the Operations Department to monitor the recovery of a debt.
Check the entries in Advance Recognized Products. After having validated the receivables still present, ensure the entries present in PCA.
Set up a tracking table.

Profile :

Holder of a Bac+2 or higher type training in Accounting, Organizational Management or Treasury, you ideally have initial experience in the field and have knowledge of general accounting and/or treasury.
You know how to identify and analyze accounting issues, and formulate recommendations and/or alerts to the appropriate contacts for their resolution.
You master accounting and tax techniques as well as account review methods.
Passionate about financial mechanisms and human relations, you demonstrate rigor, autonomy and organization.
Mastery of the Office pack is essential, and knowledge of an accounting software package would be an additional asset.

Terms of employment

Status: Supervisor – 3-month full-time fixed-term contract
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 30K to 34K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
