Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of People and Culture (P&C) and member of the P&C Senior Leadership Team, the Strategy and Delivery Director will be responsible for planning strategic departmental goals and supporting effective delivery against those plans, including processes to adequately prioritize and measure success. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
