Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of under-nutrition, particularly during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts or natural disasters. Action contre la Faim focuses its actions on 5 main areas of expertise: Nutrition and Health &#8211; Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection &#8211; Food Security and Livelihoods &#8211; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene &#8211; Advocacy. In 2022, Action contre la Faim provided aid to 28 million people in more than 46 countries worldwide. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncontrelafaim.org\">www.actioncontrelafaim.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mission :<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a Deputy Logistic Head of Department, in order to define the country procurement strategy in collaboration with the Logistic Head of Department.<\/p>\n<p>More precisely, you will be responsible for the following missions :<\/p>\n<p>Define the country procurement strategy in collaboration with the Logistic Head of Department<br \/>\nCoordinate the country office&#8217;s procurement activities<br \/>\nManage the country office&#8217;s strategic procurement<br \/>\nEnsure compliance of procurement activities in accordance with ACF and relevant donor procedures<br \/>\nEnsure the country office&#8217;s procurement performance<br \/>\nSupervise and support the procurement teams in the capital<br \/>\nAssist the Logistic Head of Department<br \/>\nGuarantee the procurement performance on the mission<\/p>\n<p>Profile :<\/p>\n<p>You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Purchasing and Supply.
