Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :<\/p>\n

Under the supervision of the Head of the Business Division, your role will be to manage and develop a portfolio of partners with the aim of developing ACF France’s private resources.
\nMore specifically, your missions will be as follows:
\nEnsure the development of partnership activities in line with the strategy of the division and the delegated management.
\nParticipate in defining the hub\u2019s strategy.
\nAnimate your portfolio of existing partners: identify new actions and projects with a view to retaining and developing resources.
\nParticipate in the administrative management of the hub’s activities. Ensure the recording of donations, the monitoring of invoices, the drafting and monitoring of agreements in connection with the legal department, and update the information of your partners and prospects in the database.
\nContribute to updating all of the hub’s management and monitoring tools.
\nManage and supervise the activities of the intern and\/or work-study student.<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

With a higher education of Master 1 or Master 2 in Political Science, Business School, or Marketing\/Communication, you have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in partnership manager or account manager roles in relation to clients and\/or partners. You also have proven experience in loyalty building and prospecting with private companies.
\nYou know how to identify, develop, maintain and mobilize a professional network by adapting to different levels of interlocutors.
\nYou are recognized for establishing relationships of trust with your contacts, your patience and your autonomy in the partner relationship (from initial contact to contractualization)
\nYou know how to implement marketing and communication methods and techniques, both orally and in writing.
\nYou are creative and able to make suggestions.
\nYou are able to read and understand English.<\/p>\n

Conditions of employment<\/p>\n

Status: Integrated framework – CDI – Full time
\nLocation: Ile-de-France
\nRemuneration: From 36K to 46K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
\nBenefits: 21 days of RTT
\nHealth coverage, insurance:
\n80% supported by ACF
\nSalary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
\nTransport allowances: 50% coverage of the package between home and workplace
\nMeal voucher allowances (Up lunch card):

\nThis position has been defined as requiring a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month.
