Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :<\/p>\n

Reporting to the Legal Department Manager, your duties will be as follows:
\nSupervise and support the development of ACF’s legal practices aimed at compliance with the relevant regulatory environment and ensuring the protection of ACF’s strategic interests.
\nSupport the negotiation and ensure the drafting and\/or proofreading of high-stakes contracts for ACF (financial, technical, operational partnerships, licenses or transfers of rights) and for ACF International when mandated by ACF General Management.
\nSupport the management of legal risks for ACF’s strategic and\/or operational projects.
\nContribute to the control of legal and regulatory risks associated with the design and implementation of projects managed by General Management, the Audit, Risks and Compliance department or any other working group requiring it.
\nRepresent ACF in the direct management of files with high legal, contractual or regulatory impact.
\nEnsure the necessary accountability to third parties.
\nContribute to the dissemination of a risk culture within the structure and ensure stronger control of legal or contractual risks.
\nEnsure employee awareness of major or emerging legal risks and implement the necessary support.<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

With a Master 2 degree in business law and\/or contract law, you also have professional experience in intellectual property law. You have an interest in the NGO sector.
\nYou know how to draft all types of contractual and legal documents in a domestic and international legal environment.
\nYou are able to identify legal risks and propose recommendations tailored to the interlocutor, and adapt to understand foreign legal systems, where appropriate, with external advice.
\nYou know how to organize your work and your priorities. You know how to manage several files at the same time. You are a good listener and able to establish a relationship of trust.
\nYou know how to communicate effectively in writing and orally, demonstrate educational skills and adapt your communication style to your interlocutors.<\/p>\n

Conditions of employment<\/p>\n

Status: Integrated Framework – Permanent Contract – Full-time
\nStart date: 02\/09\/2024
\nLocation: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
\nRemuneration: From 40K to 49K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
\nSeniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the head office
\nBenefits: 21 days of RTT
\nHealth coverage, Insurance: 80% covered by ACF
\nSalary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
\nTransport allowances: 50% coverage of the package between home and workplace
\nMeal voucher allowances (Up lunch card): 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
