We are looking for a skilled AI Implementation Specialist to lead this transformative initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TERMS OF REFERENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Duty station:<\/strong> Turkey &#8211; Gaziantep \/ Online<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Line manager:<\/strong> Health Program Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Full-time\/Part-time:<\/strong> Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<strong>AI Assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform comprehensive AI assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses within the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Proposal Writing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize AI tools to streamline the process of writing new proposals, leveraging historical data and previous proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Narrative Report Extraction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement AI solutions to organize and search vast amounts of data efficiently, enabling quick and precise extraction of required information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Interactive Reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop AI-assisted interactive reports, providing regular data updates to facilitate the information management team\u2019s reporting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Intelligent Chatbot Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and deploy an intelligent chatbot to respond to inquiries related to SCD\/WH data, significantly reducing the time needed to retrieve required information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note: the above-mentioned responsibilities are illustrative ones. Another future responsibilities\/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department&#8217;s organizational chart or title.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AI Assessment Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a detailed report highlighting gap analysis, potential opportunities, and AI recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification (Education\/Work Experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> <strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proved experience in using AI tools such as ( trainings , consultancy , work experience and tools developing)<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully implementing AI in other organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and Arabic is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B.
