Our 8,000+ team is drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions. With operations across six core countries in Africa, we make farmers more prosperous by providing quality farm supplies on credit, delivered within walking distance of farmers\u2019 homes, and agricultural training to improve harvests. You will manage a team with a specific focus on employee relations and talent management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to manage daily operations and implement HR strategies to improve the organization&#8217;s effectiveness.<\/p>\n<h2 id='responsibilities'  id=\"boomdevs_3\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and HR-related requirements and develop solutions to support them<\/li>\n<li>Build the competence of the team to carry out all critical tasks within the employee relations, learning, and performance management docket<\/li>\n<li>Be a primary contact for employee relations matters, guiding managers on HR policies, procedures, and regulation<\/li>\n<li>Work in close collaboration with the legal and investigations team to resolve employee issues in line with company policies and legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Implement performance management processes and guide managers on performance management frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee needs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management on key HR metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id='career-growth-and-development'  id=\"boomdevs_4\"><strong>Career Growth and Development<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people.
