With past performance in 17 countries \u2013 from the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia, we have placed more than 20,000 staff all over the world since operations began in 2006.<br \/>\nCTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we\u2019re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.<br \/>\nThrough our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients\u2019 HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.<br \/>\nVisit <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ctg.org\">www.ctg.org<\/a> to find out more<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview of position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Over the past 18 months, the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) has made significant strides in political, developmental &#038; security objectives. The implementation of the Somali Security Development Plan stands as a critical priority for the President, aiming to establish, sustain &#038; expand security capabilities in phased approaches (&#8216;Now&#8217;, &#8216;Next&#8217;, &#8216;Later&#8217;). The need for a dedicated expert to coordinate this plan&#8217;s execution &#038; collaborate closely with security institutions &#038; international partners is imperative.<br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Security Advisor will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Somali Security Development Plan &#038; supporting the FGS reform agenda.
