Its charter of humanitarian principles &#8211; independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency &#8211; has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health &#8211; Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection &#8211; Food Security and Livelihoods &#8211; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene &#8211; Advocacy. In 2022, Action Against Hunger helped more than 28 million people in 46 countries around the world. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncontrelafaim.org\">www.actioncontrelafaim.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mission :<\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director &#8211; Program, you will be responsible for preparing project proposals, communications and reports for donors as part of the search for and implementation of grants.<br \/>\nYou will be involved in all fundraising and external communications campaigns for the mission, and will also be in charge of contractual aspects of partnerships.<br \/>\nMore specifically, your role will be to:<br \/>\nContribute to the implementation of the mission&#8217;s business development strategy, coordinate the process of developing and submitting project proposals, and ensure their quality. Contribute to the identification of new funding opportunities, by carrying out donor mapping, donor files, assessments of our internal capacities, etc.<br \/>\nMaintain an up-to-date information table on acquired, future and potential financing<br \/>\nCoordinate the entire writing, review\/validation process<br \/>\nLead the preparation and submission of reports to donors and local authorities on ongoing or completed projects. Organize and supervise the process of preparation, review\/validation and submission of external reports.<br \/>\nContribute to the development of narrative reports and annexes by compiling and synthesizing the information received<br \/>\nDevelop contractual partnership documents with other NGOs (local or international)<br \/>\nContribute to the proper management of ongoing projects by monitoring grant contracts, holding regular meetings and compiling activity progress reports (APR) Manage the revision of project documents in the event of contractual amendment<br \/>\nTrain and coach your team as well as the RDDs, CTs, RTs, RPs and their assistants on the preparation of qualitative and quantitative APRs, as well as on the rules governing this process<br \/>\nUpdate and\/or develop internal monitoring support tools based on identified needs<br \/>\nCoordinate the implementation of the Grants department, manage the team and participate in the internal and external communication of the missionSupervise and support the team composed of a Grants and Reporting Manager and a Grants and Reporting Officer, create team dynamics<br \/>\nProduce and distribute internally tools to help understand and comply with lessor compliance rules<\/p>\n<p>Profile :<\/p>\n<p>You have at least 3 years of professional experience in humanitarian and\/or development programs.<br \/>\nYou have already worked for at least 2 years in grant management.<br \/>\nYou have very good writing skills, as well as very good written and oral skills in French and English.<\/p>\n<p>Conditions of employment<\/p>\n<p>Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months<br \/>\nGross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience<br \/>\nRetirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary<br \/>\nBasic salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract<br \/>\nPer diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid on the ground<br \/>\nMonthly context allowance: 150 euros<br \/>\nChild allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros\/year)<br \/>\nTransport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation<br \/>\nMedical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance<br \/>\nSalary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)<br \/>\nHolidays and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year;
