This role includes planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating project-related activities to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Project Management:<\/p>\n<p>Plan and organize all project activities, ensuring timely execution within budget.<br \/>\nDevelop and regularly update weekly and monthly work plans.<br \/>\nEnsure adherence to humanitarian and technical standards and principles during project implementation.<br \/>\nCoordination and Partnerships:<\/p>\n<p>Work with local and international stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and information sharing.<br \/>\nRepresent the project in relevant meetings and coordination efforts.<br \/>\nBuild relationships with local communities and authorities to ensure their cooperation and support for the project.<br \/>\nNeeds Assessment:<\/p>\n<p>Prepare detailed reports on assessment findings and provide data-driven recommendations.<br \/>\nTeam Management:<\/p>\n<p>Guide and train the project team to ensure high-quality task execution.<br \/>\nEvaluate team performance and provide necessary feedback and guidance.<br \/>\nEnsure a healthy and safe working environment for the team.<br \/>\nResource Management:<\/p>\n<p>Provide necessary supplies and equipment for field activities.<br \/>\nDocumentation and Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>Prepare periodic reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.<br \/>\nEnsure accurate and organized documentation of all activities and data.<br \/>\nRequired Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and guide a multicultural team.<br \/>\nAnalytical Thinking: Strong skills in data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.<br \/>\nCommunication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.<br \/>\nPlanning and Organization: Ability to plan and manage time and resources efficiently.<br \/>\nFlexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic and complex environments and respond quickly to challenges.<br \/>\nRequired Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Field Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing humanitarian or development projects, preferably in a similar context.<br \/>\nContextual Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Syrian context and local challenges.<br \/>\nNeeds Assessment: Proven experience in designing and conducting needs assessments.<br \/>\nTeam Management: Experience in managing and directing multi-disciplinary teams.<br \/>\nTechnical Skills: Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, etc.).<br \/>\nEducational Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, International Development, Social Sciences, or any related discipline).
