Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :<\/p>\n

Under the supervision of the Experts Center Manager, you will contribute to the design, development, evolution and support of software solutions and provide technical expertise to developers.
\nMore specifically, your role will be to:
\nTechnically design the functionalities of ACF headquarters and grounds users Participate in the detailed functional analysis of user needs
\nStudy and qualify opportunities and technical feasibility of needs under the supervision of the Technical Architect
\nDevelop and write the technical design, based on functional specifications
\nDevelop functionalities on the Front End and Back End side Participate in the choice and modeling of databases
\nCarry out the development and creation of functionalities, modules and solutions
\nPrioritize, plan, industrialize and put into production the functionalities, modules and solutions developed
\nWrite technical documents concerning the development carried out in order to facilitate support, evolution and scale-up
\nEnsure the improvement of code quality and platform performance: tests, performance, integration, etc. Be responsible for the quality, improvement, maintenance and evolution of existing functionalities, modules and solutions
\nDefine protocols and test scenarios (UAT, etc.)
\nTest, identify and deal with possible malfunctions of the developed solution
\nAnalyze results and write test reports
\nCheck the conformity of the capacities of the work with the request formulated by the users
\nContribute to the operation and continuity of the IS and in particular to applications developed internally Be available for any file upon request from the Expert Center Manager
\nParticipate in the maintenance in operational condition of the IS, ensuring the quality of developments and technological updates to maintain the state of the art
\nBe proactive and able to respond to the needs of internal users
\nEnsure the role of technical referent on development activities Coordinate technological monitoring with developers and the Technical Architect and share it<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

You have initial or additional training at minimum Bac +3 level, specialized in IT.
\nYou have significant and diversified experience as a FullStack developer, with an ability to adapt to all types of development technologies on the classic market.
\nYou master the following tools:
\nJavascript \/ Angular \/ Typescript \/ NodeJs
\nPhp (and knowledge of Frameworks such as Symfony)
\nJenkins \/ Sonar
\nFirebase \/ Mysql \/ Postgresql
\nYou are particularly competent in setting up unit tests and integration tests.
\nYou have skills and experience training and supporting other developers (tech-Lead), as well as an ability to take on the role of scrum master in an agile operating team.<\/p>\n

Terms of employment<\/p>\n

Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent contract – Full time
\nLocation: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
\nRemuneration: From 40K to 47K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
\nSeniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
\nAdvantages: 21 days of RTT
