With past performance in 17 countries \u2013 from the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia, we have placed more than 20,000 staff all over the world since operations began in 2006.<br \/>\nCTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we\u2019re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.<br \/>\nThrough our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. href=\"http:\/\/www.ctg.org\">www.ctg.org<\/a> to find out more<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview of position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the overall supervision of the Humanitarian Hubs Project Coordinator &#038; direct supervision of the Humanitarian Hubs Operations Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of customer services for the humanitarian hub in accordance to the performance &#038; quality level standards set by the humanitarian hubs management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure that all booking requests are attended to appropriately acted upon &#038; processed.<br \/>\nBrief guest(s) on the humanitarian hubs services \/ facilities &#038; the rules &#038; regulations.<br \/>\nPromptly attend to concerns &#038; requests raised by resident(s) &#038; guest(s).<br \/>\nCoordinate with partners on the schedule &#038; use of red roof\u2019s conference room &#038; training centre including the provision of lunch &#038; \/ or coffee breaks whenever necessary.<br \/>\nCoordinate with the support units (maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen, etc.) all issues reported to the front desk that will impact the quality of service of red roof &#038; welfare of the residents \/ guests.<br \/>\nMonitor the progress of the action taken by the support unit(s) concerned &#038; update the guest as needed.<br \/>\nOrganize the front desk file &#038; ensure clear &#038; comprehensive records of guest(s) room bookings &#038; all billings for accountability &#038; future reference.<br \/>\nCoordinate with the Hub Managers on issues related to accommodation.<br \/>\nUpdate &#038; ensure timely &#038; accurate updating of the booking \/ reservation platform.<br \/>\nEnsure orderliness at the front desk, keeping the front desk area clean always.<br \/>\nPrepare invoices of residents &#038; guests in a timely manner &#038; ensure that the residents &#038; guests acknowledge their invoices within the prescribed period.<br \/>\nSubmit the signed invoices to the Hub Cashier for collection of payment.<br \/>\nPrepare accurate in house report &#038; submit it to Operations Assistant &#8211; Customer Service at the end of the week.<br \/>\nPerform any other duties not listed above when requested by the supervisors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role works under the overall supervision of the humanitarian hubs Project Coordinator &#038; direct supervision of the Humanitarian Hubs Operations Assistant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Secondary school certificate with relevant working experience in administrational activities.<br \/>\nExperience in health &#038; safety regulations.<br \/>\nFluency in English is required &#038; Hausa &#038; Kanuri
