With past performance in 17 countries \u2013 from the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia, we have placed more than 20,000 staff all over the world since operations began in 2006.<br \/>\nCTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we\u2019re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.<br \/>\nThrough our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients\u2019 HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.<br \/>\nVisit <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ctg.org\">www.ctg.org<\/a> to find out more<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview of position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Third Party Facilitators (TPFs) are expected to carry out a range of duties, as outlined below, to support our clients programming primarily in hard to reach areas or areas where our clients staff have difficulties accessing.<br \/>\nTPFs are identified among Sudanese citizens with specific expertise &#038; a thorough knowledge of the territory in which they operate, based on their residency &#038; \/ or work experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Under the general supervision of the PME Chief &#038; respective Area Chief \/ Field Office Coordinator, the Third Party Facilitator will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conduct regular situation monitoring in specific areas (visits to partners, stakeholders, communities &#038; facilities) based on requests by the Supervisor (PME Chief &#038; respective Area Chief), to assess the overall humanitarian situation &#038; document the needs of affected populations, in particular of women &#038; children.<br \/>\nThis includes gathering information from affected populations on their views &#038; concerns related to our clients interventions.<br \/>\nConduct needs assessments &#038; gather information that will help inform ongoing program development &#038; implementation.<br \/>\nShare information with partners, stakeholders, communities as designated by our clients centrally &#038; respective field office.<br \/>\nThis could include information on Accountability for Affected Population (AAP) , Prevention of Sexual Exploitation &#038; Abuse (PSEA), Social &#038; Behavior Change (SBC), campaigns etc.<br \/>\nAs relevant in the respective location, attend humanitarian &#038; sectoral coordination meeting on behalf of our clients, connecting on the agenda in advance with respective focal points &#038; report back.<br \/>\nProduce a weekly report of activities conducted, following a standard one page template provided by our client with any additional relevant information as annex as needed.<br \/>\nAny other tasks assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conduct partner monitoring visits as requested, within 24 hours following each partner site visit, upload a report in e-tools according to the standard format provided by our client. Follow up using our clients online systems, as appropriate.
