Its charter of humanitarian principles &#8211; independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency &#8211; has founded its identity for more than 40 years.  Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters.  Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health &#8211; Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection &#8211; Food Security and Livelihoods &#8211; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene &#8211; Advocacy.  In 2022, Action Against Hunger has helped more than 28 million people in 46 countries around the world. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncontrelafaim.org\">www.actioncontrelafaim.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mission :<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, your missions will be as follows:<br \/>\nSupport the CEO in preparing the 2024-2026 strategic cycle:<br \/>\n&#8211; Produce and coordinate analyzes to fuel strategic thinking, and facilitate spaces for dialogue between relevant stakeholders<br \/>\n&#8211; Support the drafting of framework documents (strategic framework, report, summary note, presentation, etc.)<br \/>\n&#8211; Guarantee the integration of cross-cutting thematic issues (notably the environment), ensure the coherence of the organizational policies and positioning of the association<br \/>\n&#8211; From the above, support the work of defining and articulating strategic priorities<br \/>\nSupport the CEO and the Executive Committee, as well as the departments and structures concerned, in the deployment and management of current cross-functional projects:<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensure the coordination of priority Comex projects through the development and implementation of monitoring and management tools, and ensure reporting<br \/>\n&#8211; Define and implement a change support strategy, in conjunction with the Internal Communication Department<br \/>\nFacilitate the 2024 operational version of the 2024-2026 strategic framework:<br \/>\nSupport the definition and prioritization of Comex strategic projects, with the methodology developed<\/p>\n<p>Profile :<\/p>\n<p>Holder of a Master 2 (Sciences Po \/ Business School \/ International Relations \/ Political Sciences), you have at least 5 years of professional experience including 3 years of experience in a strategic and\/or organizational consulting role .<br \/>\nYou demonstrate a great ability to identify the key issues of an organization and know how to organize your priorities in order to respond to the different strategic projects of a multitude of stakeholders.<br \/>\nYou demonstrate great autonomy and a capacity for synthesis, and know how to ensure the consistency of your actions with a certain methodology.<br \/>\nYou demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, and know how to mobilize project contributors both internally and externally.<br \/>\nFluent English both spoken and written imperative.<br \/>\nYou have a good knowledge of the voluntary\/humanitarian sector and its challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Terms of employment<\/p>\n<p>Status: Integrated manager &#8211; CDI &#8211; Full time Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)<br \/>\nStart date: 02\/05\/2024<br \/>\nSalary conditions:<br \/>\nFrom 45K to 54K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience<br \/>\n21 days of RTT<br \/>\nHealth coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF<br \/>\nTransport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work<br \/>\nMeal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros<br \/>\nTeleworking: Teleworking open to everyone from mainland France.  No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face time.
