Its charter of humanitarian principles &#8211; independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency &#8211; has founded its identity for more than 40 years.  Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters.  Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health &#8211; Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection &#8211; Food Security and Livelihoods &#8211; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene &#8211; Advocacy.  In 2022, Action Against Hunger has helped more than 28 million people in 46 countries around the world. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncontrelafaim.org\">www.actioncontrelafaim.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mission :<\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Zone Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality implementation and monitoring of activities at the Bambo operational base.  You will ensure quality and on-time implementation of programs, meeting the needs of the area and donor requirements by supporting the Program and Support Managers.  You will also ensure the good management of the sub-base by ensuring compliance with procedures and directives and the quality of life of employees and guaranteeing team cohesion.<br \/>\nMore specifically, your role will be to:<br \/>\nContribute to the identification of sectoral needs, strategy design and operational development<br \/>\nSupport and coordinate activities and program teams to ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects<br \/>\nSupervise and guarantee the smooth running of support function activities<br \/>\nEnsure the functionality of accountability mechanisms, the fight against fraud and SEA cases<br \/>\nParticipate in team management and Human Resources<br \/>\nEnsure reporting and internal and external representation of Action Against Hunger in the area<br \/>\nMonitor the security situation in the area Collect and report information<br \/>\nImplement security decisions<br \/>\nManage incidents.<\/p>\n<p>Profile :<\/p>\n<p>You hold a graduate degree in humanitarian, social sciences or other similar fields, with at least 2 years of experience in the INGO humanitarian sector.<br \/>\nYou have professional experience in planning, implementation, project monitoring, budgetary and team management and ideally experience in Logistics, Finance and\/or HR.<br \/>\nYou have already worked for more than 6 months in an isolated area with volatile security.<br \/>\nYou have solid experience in project cycle management, using participatory tools and methodologies for assessment, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning.<br \/>\nYou ideally have knowledge of Wash\/FSL\/Nutrition\/Health\/Emergency\/Community engagement\/SMSP as well as in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the Congolese state system and civil society.<br \/>\nYou are particularly skilled in communication and report writing.<br \/>\nYou have excellent organizational, priority and time management skills and are able to work under pressure, with a team spirit and cohesion.<br \/>\nYou are proficient in the use of computer systems and programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and technical programs).<br \/>\nYou have an excellent level in French and English (written and spoken).<\/p>\n<p>Terms of employment<br \/>\nFixed-term contract of use under French law: 6 months<br \/>\nGross monthly salary: from 2332 to 2676 euros depending on experience<br \/>\nRetirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary<br \/>\nPer diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid on the ground<br \/>\nMonthly context allowance: 450 euros<br \/>\nChild allowance: 1500 euros per year per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros\/year)<br \/>\nTransport and accommodation: Travel support and collective accommodation<br \/>\nMedical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance<br \/>\nSalary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)<br \/>\nLeave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year;
