For thirty years, the international NGO Acted has been working on the last mile of humanitarian action to save lives. Acted currently supports 20 million people in 43 countries to meet their needs in hard-to-reach areas, and pursues a triple humanitarian, environmental and development mandate. Acted relies on in-depth knowledge of territories and local contexts to develop and implement long-term actions, with a wide range of local and international partners, in order to build together a \u201c3ZERO\u201d world: Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, Zero Poverty<\/p>\n
Acted responds to the humanitarian needs of particularly vulnerable displaced populations present in the regions of Diffa and Tillab\u00e9ry. This situation, linked to the conflict in northern Mali or the Lake Chad crisis, weighs on pre-existing basic services and the natural resources of the host populations. Acted teams have been mobilizing since 2012 with water and sanitation programs, and with projects supporting economic and agricultural resilience.<\/p>\n
The Surveys, Monitoring, Control and Evaluation Country Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of an appropriate and viable system of surveys, monitoring, control and evaluation in line with the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) procedures of Acted’s overall strategy and ensures that Acted’s projects and programs are carried out as planned.<\/p>\n
