For thirty years, the international NGO Acted has been working on the last mile of humanitarian action to save lives. Acted currently supports 20 million people in 43 countries to meet their needs in hard-to-reach areas, and pursues a triple humanitarian, environmental and development mandate. Acted relies on in-depth knowledge of territories and local contexts to develop and implement long-term actions, with a wide range of local and international partners, in order to build together a \u201c3ZERO\u201d world: Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, Zero Poverty<\/p>\n
Acted responds to the humanitarian needs of particularly vulnerable displaced populations present in the regions of Diffa and Tillab\u00e9ry. This situation, linked to the conflict in northern Mali or the Lake Chad crisis, weighs on pre-existing basic services and the natural resources of the host populations. Acted teams have been mobilizing since 2012 with water and sanitation programs, and with projects supporting economic and agricultural resilience.<\/p>\n
The Project Development Manager represents Acted with donors and manages the development of project proposals in line with the overall strategy of Acted and the country program and ensures appropriate grant management. The Project Development Manager ensures smooth internal communication and coordination with relevant departments and contributes to Acted’s external communications strategy.<\/p>\n
