We place a high priority on ensuring that only those who share and demonstrate ourvalues are recruited to work for us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To secure a perfect procurement process in the large scaled response according to Oxfam policies and procedures mainly for high level of thresholds and address the properly related reports.<\/p>\n<p>Answer the received procurement requests in the best manner within the appropriate timeline according to Oxfam regulation.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain good relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders by following Oxfam values.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for someone who has:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree \u2013 relevant to the position is preferable, Logistics Management or Supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum <strong>5<\/strong> to <strong>7<\/strong> years of experience in a similar function in addition to knowledge in purchasing, market assessment, and transaction coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Diplomacy, tact, negotiating skills, and good communication knowledge with stakeholders. with minimum 5 years of experience in this domain.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years continuous experience in international procurement and dealing with international supply chain and suppliers relation.<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Arabic, English and Hebrew<\/li>\n<li>Good competency in Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Valid Driving license for 3 years at least.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team-working skills.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and excellent numeracy.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep clear and concise records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id='how-to-apply'  id=\"boomdevs_1\">How to apply<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The employee will be contracted by Oxfam with a competitive, fair and comprehensive pay and benefits package that is justifiable to our donors. Basic salary starts as 126,944 ILS gross per annum, for a 40-hour contract.
