Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :<\/p>\n

You will assist the Human Resources Director (HRD) in the daily management of the department.
\nMore specifically, your role will be to:
\nEnsure the organization and administrative management of the department Manage the HR director’s agenda taking into account priorities and ensure the HR manager’s telephone hotline (in the event of absence or meeting).
\nPrepare and organize internal and external meetings.
\nClassify and archive documents.
\nPlace orders for office supplies and stationery in conjunction with the purchasing department.
\nDistribute letters from the HR department.
\nHave administrative documents signed and distributed.
\nPrepare files relating to meetings with other French and international Directors and external HR interventions.
\nOrganize HR travel.
\nAlert HR on essential points (urgent messages, social climate, areas of tension, HR issues, etc.).
\nWrite and format internal documentsCollect information and collaborate in the drafting of the monthly economic report for the General Director and the Board of Directors.
\nWrite and format presentation documents.
\nTranslate documents.
\nParticipate in and organize departmental projects and events. Manage the organization of HRD highlights.
\nProvide support to HR on substantive issues.
\nImplement anti-terrorism prevention processes for employees.
\nParticipate in the management of social dialogue.
\nEnsure the updating and monitoring of DRH management tools. Monitor the department’s budget, be a force for proposals and alert on malfunctions.
\nFollow up and alert HR service managers about the monthly indicators.
\nPrepare the compiled table and transmit it to the Executive Committee.
\nProvide support to HR in the management of IRPs Collect the needs of IRPs and transmit them to HR.
\nProvide support to the HR Director and the GSP Service Manager in the management of IRPs (CE\/DP).
\nOrganize quarterly meetings for the CHSCT.
\nProvide support to HR on litigation files.
\nEnsure internal communication<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

Coming from training in Management Assistantship or general training in Human Resources, you have significant experience in one of these fields.
\nYou are particularly competent in coordinating calendar and message management tools, as well as organizing and coordinating events.
\nYou are proficient in the use of writing techniques. You are capable of analyzing and producing summary documents, as well as ensuring confidentiality in your work.
\nYou know how to listen, communicate effectively orally and adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
\nMotivated by the humanitarian sector, you are also organized and rigorous and you know how to manage priorities. You are responsive and proactive.
\nWorking in an international environment, a good level of English and French is necessary, both written and oral.<\/p>\n

Terms of employment<\/p>\n

Status: Supervisor – Permanent contract – Full time
\nLocation: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
\nRemuneration: From 33K to 38K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
\nSeniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
\nAdvantages: 21 days of RTT
\nHealth coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
\nSalary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
\nTransport allowances: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
\nAllowances Restaurant tickets (Up lunch card): 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
\nSocial works of the CSE (gift vouchers, reimbursement of cultural activities, etc.)
\nTeleworking: Teleworking open to all from mainland France
\nFor this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per month has been defined.
\nCollective face-to-face time imposed \/ also obligatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory presence when you join the team
