The trainer\/trice of trainers\/trices (FDEF)<\/p>\n
1. Prerequisites to apply for this training:
\n– he\/she perceives his work as a mission and believes in educational values;
\n– he\/she has the educational skills necessary to exercise his profession
\neducator\/trice;
\n– He\/she will be available on weekends and holidays;
\n– He\/she has the necessary qualifications specified below.<\/p>\n
2. Qualification required:
\n– have a proven university training (preferably) or in science
\neducation;
\n– Have followed vocational training at CAP, BAP or DT (an asset);
\n– have at least 3 years of experience as a trainer\/trice or teacher;
\n– master French and Creole, both in writing and in oral (Spanish and\/or English: an asset);
\n– have the ability to write and correct texts both in French and Creole;
\n– Master modern IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Dropbox, Zoom,
\nSkype…) ;
\n– Know how to act in a complex situation.<\/p>\n
3. Description of the proposed training:
\nThe proposed training, which will be given intensively, includes:
\n– basic educational training that includes:
\no training according to the skills approach methodology (APC) for a duration of 360
\nhours, carried out in face -to -face;
\no follow -up of educational productions (module or training manual, etc.);
\no an assessment of the teaching given to a group of 15 learners\/es at least, in
\na classroom and in a workshop or laboratory;
\no An assessment of the teaching received by the group of 15 learners at least.
\n– training preparing for a set of five events:
\no Preparation and animation of a training session intended for trainers\/trices in
\ntraining or teacher in training;
\no Evaluation of the training provided by a trainer\/trice in training or a (e)
\nTeacher in training in front of a group of trainers or teachers;
\no Correction of educational productions developed by trainers\/trices in training
\nor teachers in training;
\no Observation of a trainer\/trice in training or to a teacher in
\ntraining while he teaches a group of trainers\/trices in
\ntraining or teacher in training;
\ntheoretical evaluation oleuve.<\/p>\n
4. Skills acquired during this training:
\nAt the end of the training, the “trainer\/trice of trainers\/trices” will be capable:
\n– to intervene as a specialist in skills approach (APC);
\n– to support trainers or teachers in various forms and in a
\nproactive. He\/she must therefore:
\no Orient them towards educational resources;
\no Animate, moderate and assess educational activities;
\no provide help to the use of standards, technological tools, etc. ;
\no Organize, plan, assess training sessions and ensure its follow -ups;
\n– revise the didactic manuals produced by trainers\/trices and\/or teacher;
\n– to support trainers\/trices and teachers in the use of the computer tool:
\n– Participate in the implementation of a training program.<\/p>\n
5. Description of tasks:
\nAt the end of the training and after certification, he\/she could be engaged for:
\n– Train according to the methodology of APC (skills approach) the staff of the CFPT (Center
\nvocational and technical training), EET (Educational Establishments
\nTechnique), EEP (vocational education establishment) and\/or EES (Establishment
\nsecondary education);
\n– participate in the establishment, in the short and medium term, of the development plans of
\nTrainers\/trices and teachers according to quantitative and qualitative needs
\nexisting;
\n– Develop adapted training programs as well as manuals intended for
\nTrainers\/trices, teachers and students;
\n– Ensure the educational and technological watch;
\n– follow the evolution of vocational and technical training in both Haiti and in the world;
\n– set up a technical staff assessment system;
\n– Propose technological and didactic innovations for the development of the sector;
\n– Perform all other tasks related to those aforementioned;
\n– ensure the follow -up of trainers or teachers in training in centers of
\nTraining in Port-au-Prince and\/or in the provincial cities.<\/p>\n
6. Training offer:
\n– trainers (trices) or teacher who will participate in this training will integrate the team
\nBTFPSA\/ENDC from the start of their contract, with a probation contract lasting 3 months;
\n– At the end of this contract, they will continue to be part of the team as trainers of
\ntrainers, with a contract for the provision of services and the responsibilities corresponding to
\nthis function;
\n– Five candidates will be retained and must show geographic availability, the
\nEntec antennas being located in Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haitian and the Cayes.<\/p>\n
7. Documents to present:
