The specific objectives of this consultancy are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess the current gaps and opportunities in capacity-sharing practices, utilizing existing 2024 learning data and conducting key informant interviews to fill information gaps;<\/li>\n<li>Identify best practices for capacity sharing, with a focus on fostering mutual learning and reciprocal exchange of knowledge among partners and the HMH;<\/li>\n<li>Develop a structured and sustainable framework that defines principles, roles, mechanisms, and tools for capacity sharing, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the HMH;<\/li>\n<li>Support the HMH in carrying out different modalities of capacity-sharing, including workshop facilitation, tool development (as appropriate), document mutual learning;<\/li>\n<li>Propose monitoring, evaluation, and mechanisms to measure its impact over time; and an estimation of costs associated with its operationalization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The outputs of this consultancy will inform and structure the hub\u2019s approach to capacity sharing and strengthen the collective ability of partners and NRC to address the challenges faced by people on the move in North Africa through collaboration and exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs <strong>\u2018\u2019Annex 2 TOR\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline for tender:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded by below link and before the deadline: <strong>19 March 2025 at 22:00<\/strong> (Amman, Jordan local time).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The tender dossier can be accessed through the following link:<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/etbsystem.no\/ClientTrans\/Download?ID=Wx%2b7vhpwCM4%3d\">https:\/\/etbsystem.no\/ClientTrans\/Download?ID=Wx%2b7vhpwCM4%3d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Any request for clarification has to be sent at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
