Consultancy for \u201cDevelopment and implementation of the Capacity Sharing Framework of the Human Mobility Hub-NRC\u201d<\/p>\n

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.<\/p>\n

1. Tender Purpose:<\/p>\n

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the Development and implementation of the Capacity Sharing Framework of the Human Mobility Hub<\/p>\n

NRC\u2019s HMH seeks to design and develop and support in the implementation of a comprehensive capacity-sharing framework to strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange among network partners. The specific objectives of this consultancy are to:<\/p>\n

Assess the current gaps and opportunities in capacity-sharing practices, utilizing existing 2024 learning data and conducting key informant interviews to fill information gaps;<\/p>\n

Identify best practices for capacity sharing, with a focus on fostering mutual learning and reciprocal exchange of knowledge among partners and the HMH;<\/p>\n

Develop a structured and sustainable framework that defines principles, roles, mechanisms, and tools for capacity sharing, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the HMH;<\/p>\n

Support the HMH in carrying out different modalities of capacity-sharing, including workshop facilitation, tool development (as appropriate), document mutual learning<\/p>\n

Propose monitoring, evaluation, and mechanisms to measure its impact over time; and an estimation of costs associated with its operationalization.<\/p>\n

The outputs of this consultancy will inform and structure the hub\u2019s approach to capacity sharing and strengthen the collective ability of partners and NRC to address the challenges faced by people on the move in North Africa through collaboration and exchange.<\/p>\n

Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs \u2018\u2019Annex 2 TOR\u2019.<\/p>\n
