Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting to the Resource Mobilization and Partnership Manager and working closely with BRAC International management team, the Resource Mobilization and Communications Officer will focus on strengthening partnerships providing technical support, and actively contributing to securing future funding and partnership opportunities. This role will play a pivotal role in producing important and high-quality communication materials and knowledge products aligning with BRAC International\u2019s branding guidelines. Collaborating with the Head Office Communications team, the officer will ensure consistent project visibility and implement impactful communication strategies. A key responsibility of this role is also to ensure timely and high-quality reporting in compliance with donor requirements. Enhancing reporting systems and overseeing the grant processing cycle are expected from this role. Furthermore, the officer will actively represent BRAC Philippines in strategic forums, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including A. Main Responsibilities (90%)<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Resource Mobilization and Partnership Development \u25cf Conduct donor landscape analysis, maintain a pipeline of potential funding opportunities, and 2. Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Support the development of communication strategies for engaging key stakeholders, 3. Communication and Branding<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Support in developing communication materials, case studies, and impact stories to highlight 4. Reporting and Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Prepare regular project progress reports as per donor compliance, adhering to the contractual B. Others (10%)<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation
\ndevelopment partners, donors, local organizations, multi\/bilateral institutions, the private sector, and other relevant entities.<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf Identify and assess new funding opportunities from bilateral and multilateral donors,
\nfoundations, and regional organizations with support from BI GRP and country OIC.
\n\u25cf Support the development of funding proposals, concept notes, and donor presentations in
\ncollaboration with program teams.<\/p>\n
\ntrack donor engagement.
\n\u25cf Facilitate outreach efforts to cultivate relationships with potential donors and strategic
\npartners.
\n\u25cf Represent BRAC Philippines along with the Resource Mobilization Manager in external
\nmeetings, conferences, and networking events to build visibility and foster partnerships.
\n\u25cf Maintain donor databases and ensure regular communication with existing and potential
\ndonors.<\/p>\n

\ncommunication.
\n\u25cf Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other activities to promote the organization\u2019s

\n\u25cf Prepare newsletters, blogs, social media content, and reports for external audiences to
\nenhance project visibility.
\n\u25cf Collaborate with the Head Office Communications team to align messaging with BRAC
\nInternational\u2019s branding and communication strategy.
\n\u25cf Ensure consistent branding and adherence to donor communication protocols across all
\nexternal and internal communication platforms.<\/p>\n

\ncommunication materials.
\n\u25cf Document best practices and lessons learned in proposal development and communications
\nfor future reference.

\nsupport, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
\n\u25cf Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and
\nensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
\n\u25cf Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place,
\nencourage others to do so.<\/p>\n
