Baastel focuses on the three main axes of sustainable development: the promotion of social equity, economic development, and environmental management.<\/p>\n<h2 id='role-of-the-administrative-assistant'  id=\"boomdevs_2\">ROLE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT<\/h2>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development and as part of a team of 6 people, the Business Development Unit Manager <strong>actively contributes to the growth of the company&#8217;s activities<\/strong> by <em>participating in the administrative development of calls for tender<\/em> and <em>ensuring the administrative management of various mandates<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The development of business opportunities worldwide is at the heart of her\/his daily work. She\/he must support senior project managers in responding to high-quality tenders and managing administrative tasks for the projects, while staying up-to-date with industry trends.<\/p>\n<p>In more detail, she\/he is responsible for :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in the search for business opportunities and the development of commercial proposals on human, technical, and financial levels;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the administrative management of projects and information: preparation and follow-up of contracts, invoicing, budget tracking, updating project sheets, database management, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting senior members of the Business Development team in identifying potential markets, partnerships, and strategic opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Helping maintain harmonious relationships with clients, consultants, and the business development team;<\/li>\n<li>Participating in working committees to optimize business development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id='qualifications-required'  id=\"boomdevs_3\">QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in management, business, administration, communication, or a related field;<\/li>\n<li>1 to 3 years of experience in administrative management, business development, and proposal writing, ideally in the field of international development or a similar area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id='core-competencies'  id=\"boomdevs_4\">CORE COMPETENCIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in <strong>English<\/strong> and in <strong>French<\/strong> (high-level writing and reviewing skills essential);<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Office Suite software (Word formatting essential);<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability to balance workloads, multitask, and prioritize requests to meet deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail;<\/li>\n<li>Autonomy and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id='how-to-apply'  id=\"boomdevs_5\">How to apply<\/h3>\n<h3 id='join-the-team'  id=\"boomdevs_6\">JOIN THE TEAM!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Send us your CV and cover letter to recrutement@baastel.com.
