CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR SUPPORT IN THE DRAFTING OF OXFAM IN JORDAN\u2019S COUNTRY STRATEGY (RFQ-JOAMM-25-0043)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction and objectives of the assignment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oxfam in Jordan is in the process of revising the current country strategy to align with emerging needs and changing contexts in the country.<\/p>\n

Oxfam is seeking an expert to support the country office in the process of drafting the country strategy (2025-2030) through providing support in the validation and drafting of the strategy through direct collaboration and work with Oxfam\u2019s management team in Jordan.<\/p>\n

Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The expert is expected to deliver the following key tasks:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Initiate the process for strategy revision through working with Oxfam in Jordan\u2019s management team to identify expectations and priorities<\/li>\n
  2. Provide a deep analysis of Jordan\u2019s political, economic, and social context to be included in the country strategy and in relation to Oxfam\u2019s key pillars for climate, economic, and gender justice<\/li>\n
  3. Develop detailed outline for the Country Strategy to be reviewed and validated with Oxfam\u2019s senior management team in Jordan<\/li>\n
  4. Draft the new Country Strategy to be reviewed and finalized within the duration of the assignment<\/li>\n
  5. Facilitate validation workshops with Oxfam\u2019s internal teams and external stakeholders<\/li>\n
  6. Revise program theories of change with the country management team<\/li>\n
  7. Organize an internal presentation and launch of the country strategy for Oxfam staff in Jordan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Timeline:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The service is expected to be completed by the end of June 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n
