Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 7 areas of activity: nutrition and health &#8211; mental health, psychosocial support &#8211; Food security and livelihoods &#8211; water, sanitation and hygiene &#8211; Advocacy &#8211; Climate &#8211; Research. In 2023, Action against Hunger helped more than 21 million people in nearly 60 countries around the world. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncontrelafaim.org\">www.actioncontrelafaim.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mission :<\/p>\n<p>Under the responsibility of the Director of the Audit Department, Risks and Compliance, you will have to control public landlord audits and develop the expertise of ACF France in the management of external audits<br \/>\nMore specifically, your missions will be as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate the implementation of public landlords<br \/>\nPlan and organize work in the seats and on the country offices of audits<br \/>\nNegotiate with third parties (institutional donors and\/or external audit firms), ACF interests<br \/>\nRepresent ACF externally<br \/>\nDevelop and build the annual public landlord audits<br \/>\nBuild\/update the CONTRACTUAL AUTHING CALENDER and launch the audit cycle<br \/>\nEnsure continuity of activity in terms of contractual audits<br \/>\nDevelop the expertise of public landlords<br \/>\nManage and define the process and development of external audit methods and tools and ensure the sharing of information and the training of actors<br \/>\nEnsure the role of focal point of public landlord audits for the entire ACF France Organization Seat\/Land<br \/>\nOrganize and coordinate all the activities of the Public Donors Audits pole<br \/>\nOrganize recruitment, integration, monitoring of the annual plan, and the development of the skills of the team members<br \/>\nManage schedules, organization and coordinate the distribution of work<br \/>\nEnsure the management of the pole budget and associated expenses<\/p>\n<p>Profile :<\/p>\n<p>Holder of higher training in finance\/management, project management, audit or law, you have experience of at least five years on a similar position, including three years in connection with public donors, acquired in the field and\/or at the headquarters of an NGO.<br \/>\nYou have a solid knowledge of donors and the applicable audit framework.<br \/>\nYou have already supervised a team and are recognized for your managerial skills.<br \/>\nYou are able to identify the potential risks of audits, set up risk analysis and assessment techniques, and organize and coordinate activities to ensure audits while mobilizing the actors concerned.<br \/>\nWith excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening sense and your negotiation skills.<br \/>\nAutonomous and rigorous, you know how to convince and argue while playing a role of facilitator.<br \/>\nThe current mastery of French and English, both oral and written, is imperative.<\/p>\n<p>Conditions of employment<br \/>\nStart date: April 01, 2025<\/p>\n<p>Status: Integrated framework- CDI- Full time<br \/>\nLocation: Ile-de-France<br \/>\nRemuneration:<br \/>\nFrom 46k to 54kuros annual gross over 13 months according to experience<br \/>\nSeniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters<br \/>\nAdvantages: 21 days of RTT and 25 days of CP per year<br \/>\nHealth coverage, foresight:<br \/>\n80% support by ACF<br \/>\nWage maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)<br \/>\nTransport allowances: covered at 50% of the package between
