As the Senior Advisor for Church Engagement,<\/strong> you will lead the growth of church engagement across a global network of World Vision Support Offices and Transitioning Field Offices. Working directly with a wide range of stakeholders at global, regional, and national levels, you will enable Church Engagement teams to build, implement, scale, and optimise strategies, capacity, capabilities, and innovation to deliver World Vision\u2019s mutual value proposition to church partners. This includes equipping and supporting an engaged, effective Community of Practice who delivers innovative solutions, builds long-term collaborative relationships with church partners, and strengthens trust and engagement in churches globally.<\/p>\n
