\nAs part of this role, your missions will be to :
\nContribute to identify sectoral needs, to design program strategy and operational developmentCoordinate and support PMs and field teams to identify humanitarian sectoral needs in the area of intervention
\nContribute in the design of the proposal, in collaboration with Field Coordinator (FCo), DCDs, HoDs and Grant and Partnership HoD
\nSupport in the development of partners’ project document
\nSupport and coordinate Program Managers to ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of projectsGeneral leadership of the base program departments, acting as a liaison between the Field Coordinator and the program team
\nGuide PMs on projects implementation in line with the logical framework, the budget, the logistical and administrative procedures of ACF, and in full coordination with other programs and Field Coordinator, as well as partners’ team
\nSupport PMs to develop planning tools (procurement plan, project management tool, staffing plan, etc.) for all projects
\nSupport Program Managers to contribute to program quality and accountability processes and measure program impactPromote and contribute to learning and program quality improvement
\nTeam Management and Human Resourcing
\nParticipate in the coordination and representation of ACF in your field of intervention
\nEnsure compliance to the ACF Values and Principles, Gender equality, Child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies
\nYou will be responsible for the direct management of 5 Program Managers and the indirect management of 14 team members.<\/p>\n
\nYou have consolidate experience of project cycle management\/planning and using participatory tools and methodologies for assessment, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning. You have been successful at budget and team management.
\nYou know and understand well Humanitarian coordination mechanism, and Wash\/FSL\/MHPSS\/ Health\/Nutrition\/Emergency activities. Ideally, you have an experience with ACF.
\nYou are particularly skilled at capacity-building, communication and reporting. Autonomous and organized, you are able to set priorities and manage time. You are also very good at decision making and working under pressure.
\nYou excel at using computerized system\/programs. You master English, both written and spoken. Ukrainian\/Russian is appreciated.<\/p>\n
\nMonthly gross salary from 2332 to 2676 euros upon experience, including 13th month
\nReimbursement of the pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
\nAnnual salary increase: 6% increase after and each 12 months of continuous contract
\nMonthly per diem and living allowance: 838euros net, field paid
\nMonthly country allowance: 450euros
\nCold allowance: Reimbursement for the purchase of winter equipment for a maximum of 380euros per person per year in severe cold contexts
\nChild allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000euros\/year)
\nTransportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
\nMedical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the social security, health insurance, and repatriation insurance agreement fees.
\nSalary sustainment measures (sickness, paternity, maternity)
\nLeaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, airfare reimbursement with a ceiling to get to the chosen break destination, and 215 euros for each RnR period
