{"id":16466,"date":"2024-10-27T05:35:06","date_gmt":"2024-10-27T00:35:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secardo.org\/programme-design-and-development-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-10-27T05:35:06","modified_gmt":"2024-10-27T00:35:06","slug":"programme-design-and-development-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/secardo.org\/?p=16466","title":{"rendered":"Programme Design and Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"tag country\">Countries: Nigeria, Uganda, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland<\/div>\n<div class=\"tag source\">Organization: Malaria Consortium<\/div>\n<div class=\"date closing\">Closing date: 18 Nov 2024<\/div>\n<p>Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a <strong>Programme Design and Development Manager<\/strong> to join our team in <strong>London, UK,<\/strong> or at MC offices in Nigeria or Uganda (with salary in line with national scales)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of the Business Development team, the Programme Design and Development Manager will work closely with technical and programme teams at headquarters, regional and country level to design high quality and impactful programmes and develop competitive public health proposals to a range of institutional and non-institutional donors, as well as contributing to broader efforts to drive business development across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working in international development or global health<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working on business development<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading the design and writing of successful competitive grant proposals and commercial tenders<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in development of complex bid applications for institutional donors<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing or implementing health programmes in developing countries<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders under rigorous deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Proven relationship building skills and extensive experience working collaboratively and effectively in cross-cultural settings and with a wide variety of organisations<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience using project development tools (including logical frameworks, theory of change, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks) to analyse and express complex ideas in a concise and logical manner<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management experience<\/li>\n<li>A Masters in Public Health, Development Studies or similar fields, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong focus on global health<\/li>\n<li>Right to work in the UK, Nigeria or Uganda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Due to the nature of this role we will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and the role might be filled and closed before the closing date. Early applications are encouraged.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply for this position you will need to have the right to work in the UK, Nigeria or Uganda (dependent on the country you are apply for).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We are currently hybrid working in the UK and ask staff to come into the office once a week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The salary of the role will vary based on the location you are working in, we are not able to sponsor a visa so you must have the right to work in the country you are applying for. The salaries take into consideration the cost of living of each country, so vary dependent on location.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>UK<\/strong> &#8211; \u00a350,400<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uganda<\/strong> &#8211;
