SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in 26 countries, SI teams – 3,200 people in total made up of expatriates, national employees, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.<\/p>\n

Job description<\/p>\n

Within the Logistics Department of Solidarit\u00e9s International, the technicien.ne<\/a> User support is under the supervision of the support technician.<\/p>\n

The technicien.ne<\/a> User support ensures the installation and operational guarantee of computer and\/or telephone equipment (hardware and software) linked to the workstation.<\/p>\n

At the request of users, he\/she ensures maintenance (remote or on site) of this equipment and deals with incidents.<\/p>\n

He\/she installs and maintains the organization’s various IT equipment in operational conditions.<\/p>\n

He\/she also participates in user support to ensure the proper operation and use of equipment.<\/p>\n

He\/she also carries out monitoring in conjunction with the information system team in order to propose improvements to the equipment and tools used by Solidarit\u00e9s International employees.<\/p>\n

Position based at the headquarters of Solidarit\u00e9s International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy) with field travel<\/p>\n

Permanent contract<\/p>\n

Gross monthly remuneration of: \u20ac2,294 or \u20ac2,390 depending on the scale in effect at headquarters<\/p>\n

Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking with 3 mandatory face-to-face days per month. In accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.<\/p>\n

Leave: 2.0833 CP\/month and 1 day of RTT\/full month of work<\/p>\n

Graduate in computer science from Bac to Bac +2 level<\/p>\n

No experience required (first business experience would be a plus)<\/p>\n

Knowledge required in:<\/p>\n

Administration poste Windows 10 \/ 11

\nAdministration Microsoft 365<\/p>\n

Knowledge of videoconferencing equipment would be a plus<\/p>\n
