Mission :<\/p>\n

Under the responsibility of the Regional Finance Manager, your mission will be to guarantee the reliability of the accounting and financial management of the countries making up the region.
\nMore precisely, your missions will be as follows:
\nEnsure the quality of budgetary management of country offices.
\nControl and analyze the budgets of intervention proposals according to the delegation plan.
\nEnsure monitoring of financial risks (Z2, co-financing, ineligibilities, donor debts, provisions for risks and charges, etc.) of the countries and alert the Regional Finance Manager (RFR).
\nProvide technical and strategic support in financial management to country offices.
\nProvide decision support, advice and solution proposals to the managers of the Finance Department.
\nGuarantee compliance with the financial management framework by missions.
\nGuarantee the accounting compliance of missions.
\nSupervise the implementation of ACF procedures and, where appropriate, make recommendations on corrective measures, and participate in their dissemination.
\nMonitor compliance indicators and alert in the event of a failure.
\nContribute to the recruitment of financial managers for missions and ensure the functional management of Finance Department Managers in the field.<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

Higher education such as Master 1 or Master 2, business school or university in finance and management, or holder of a DSCG, you have several years of professional experience in finance positions in the field as an administrator and coordinator with an NGO, and\/or in international solidarity contexts. Experience at the headquarters of an NGO would be a plus.
\nYour ability to support teams as a functional manager, as well as excellent control of budget management, are essential.
\nYou have strong skills in donor budgeting and financial management. You are also proficient in accounting software and have good knowledge of Excel.
\nWith excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to different issues.
\nFluency in fluent English is essential.<\/p>\n

Terms of employment<\/p>\n

Status: Integrated manager – 6-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
\nLocation: Ile-de-France
\nRemuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
\nSeniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
\nAdvantages: 21 days of RTT
\nHealth coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
\nSalary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
\nTransport allowances: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
\nAllowances Restaurant tickets (Up lunch card): 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros

\nNo mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face time.
