Mission :<\/p>\n

Within the Delegated Department of Administrative, Social and Steering Management (GASP), and under the supervision of the Deputy Director, your role will be to support the definition and development of remuneration frameworks as well as their management, payroll management tools, while ensuring technical reference.
\nMore precisely, your missions will be as follows:
\nSupport the definition and dissemination of remuneration frameworks. Support the delegated director in the definition of ACF France’s social remuneration model.
\nSupport managers in defining remuneration frameworks (headquarters, international, country office) and guarantee advice adapted and innovative to the association’s working contexts.
\nDefine the remuneration frameworks for international mobility and ensure the adaptation of the remuneration frameworks to the obligations of the countries of intervention.
\nDefine and disseminate, to country offices, reference tools offering different approaches and remuneration mechanisms applicable to our economic model and our social activity.
\nEnsure the continued development of head office and country office HR teams for compensation executives and associated international mobility
\nDefine and disseminate payroll management frameworks
\nDefine and guarantee the implementation and monitoring of head office payroll management tools and associated HR indicators.
\nDefine and disseminate, to country offices, reference tools for monitoring payroll and associated HR indicators.
\nEnsure the continuous development of head office and country office HR teams to management of payroll and associated HR indicators
\nEnsure functional management. Participate in the technical validation of profiles
\nEnsure their proper integration and transmission of the association’s remuneration\/management frameworks
\nParticipate in the development and monitoring of their individual action plans; annual appraisal interviews?; to the development of their professional skills.<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

With higher education (Bac +4\/Bac +5) in Human Resources management, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in social management control and international mobility management.
\nYou have previous experience in international organizations. Autonomous, creative and capable of uniting, you are also recognized for your teaching skills and your ability to transmit and communicate.
\nYou have initial experience in compensation and management of international mobility in an international setting. Experience in social management control is also desired.
\nWith an appetite for numbers, you also have project management skills. Knowledge of payroll is an asset.
\nAutonomous and rigorous, you are capable of managing several projects or files simultaneously.
\nYour communication skills are strong, and fluent command of English and French is essential.<\/p>\n

Terms of employment<\/p>\n

Status: Integrated manager – Permanent contract – Full time
\nLocation: Ile-de-France
\nRemuneration: From 46K to 55K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
\nSeniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
\nAdvantages: 25 days of CA
\n21 days of RTT
\nHealth coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
\nSalary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
\nTransport allowances: 50% of the package covered between home and workRestaurant voucher compensation (Up lunch card): 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
\nCSE social services (gift vouchers, reimbursement for cultural activities, etc.)
\nTeleworking: Teleworking open to all from mainland France
\nNo mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face time.
\nCollective face-to-face time imposed \/ also obligatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory presence when you join the team
