At the head of a large network of 600 establishments in the health, medico-social, social and education sectors, the French Red Cross employs more than 16,000 employees and 70 professions make it up in \u201cmedico-educational institutes, nurseries , retirement homes, functional rehabilitation centers, training institutes, emergency accommodation centers, international missions\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n

All these structures, at the heart of societal issues, develop new projects and work on innovative solutions.<\/p>\n

The Center fights against exclusions in Bordeaux opens 10 LHSS beds and 15 LAM beds on Boulevard George V<\/p>\n

– 10 Lits LHSS :<\/strong> The system will accommodate any adult man or woman who does not have a home and whose pathology or general, somatic and\/or psychological condition requires immediate care but does not justify hospital or medico-social care but is incompatible with a life on the street.<\/p>\n

The people welcomed are supported both on a somatic and psychological level, as well as on an educational and daily life level.<\/p>\n

Thus the coordinating doctor is responsible for medical care, whose technical acts and coordination are delegated to the IDEs.<\/p>\n

Daily care is carried out by nursing assistants under the control of the IDEs. The psychologist receives people for an initial interview a few days after admission. It then defines the need to schedule meetings at regular intervals and the need to mobilize the network of partners around the situation if necessary.<\/p>\n

– 15 lits de LAM:<\/strong> the system will welcome any adult man or woman in a very precarious situation, without a fixed address, with serious and\/or chronic, irreversible, after-effects or disabling pathologies, with a more or less poor prognosis, who do not require hospital treatment or specialized medico-social but incompatible with life on the street? People welcomed in LAMs are supported both on a somatic level, by nursing staff, 24-hour caregivers and psychological staff, as well as on an educational and daily life level.<\/p>\n

Your missions will be structured within the care unit, in conjunction with the other members of the team and under the responsibility of the Health Executive, around the following activities:<\/p>\n

– Organize and carry out the implementation of nursing care for patients for whom you guarantee continuity of care,<\/p>\n

– Contribute to the continuity of care through traceability of the care provided and communication of targeted information to the various stakeholders,<\/p>\n

– Participate in the implementation of the quality approach, the establishment project and the evaluation of practices.<\/p>\n
