Its charter of humanitarian principals- independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency &#8211; has been part of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of under-nutrition, particularly during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts or natural disasters. Action contre la Faim focuses its actions on 5 main areas of expertise: Nutrition and Health &#8211; Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection &#8211; Food Security and Livelihoods &#8211; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene &#8211; Advocacy. In 2022, Action contre la Faim provided aid to 28 million people in more than 46 countries worldwide. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.actioncontrelafaim.org\">www.actioncontrelafaim.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mission :<\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Country Director, your role will be to define Human Resources policy for the mission and coordinate its implementation and deployment throughout the mission in order to provide optimum support to programs.<br \/>\nMore specifically, your missions will be to :<br \/>\nContribute to defining mission strategy<br \/>\nSupervise the staff administration and payroll<br \/>\nProvide guidance for the recruitment and training of all employees and promote career development<br \/>\nEnsure a coherent organisation of work and establishment\/update of policy of compensation and benefits<br \/>\nImplement collective rules and communicate internally<br \/>\nPromote and ensure collaboration and coordination in Human Resources with the mission&#8217;s partners<br \/>\nPrevent and manage cases of fraud and corruption<br \/>\nManage the Human Resources team and the home staff in country office and be support\/technical Manager for Human Resources Managers in the bases<\/p>\n<p>Start date : 14-10-2024<\/p>\n<p>Profile :<\/p>\n<p>You hold a Master&#8217;s degree in Human Resources Management with strong and demonstrated expertise, and a minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in similar position, within the INGO and private sector. Ideally, you know well ACF operations, policies and procedures, and have a demonstrated experience in working in Mozambique within the humanitarian aid.<br \/>\nYou have experience in using budgets and providing HR numbers to set up and review budgets, and in engaging with outside agencies\/authorities in connection with HR issues. You are able to grasp a wide range of complex issues and synthetize them strategically.<br \/>\nYou excel at team management and capacity building, and genuinely enjoy enhancing the skills and abilities of your team members.<br \/>\nYou have proven interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
