MECI\u2019s comprehensive child-cantered community development model is facilitating transformational change in rural communities through programs in education, women&#8217;s empowerment, and economic development.<\/p>\n<p>Main Purpose: Execute program related tasks (planning, Implementation , M&#038;E and reporting) and do follow up of program activities, according to program indicators and MECI + Donors\u2019 procedures, in order to ensure compliance and keep a strict control over program resources and tools.<\/p>\n<p>Accountabilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute program-related tasks under the supervision of the Program Director, ensuring compliance with MECI program objectives in Palestine and MECI global objectives as a humanitarian actor.<\/li>\n<li>Handle\/Own Monitoring &#038; Evaluation (M&#038;E) tools and documentation by drafting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring responsiveness to program needs within the area of intervention.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver face-to-face and remote training on structured school-based support activities to formal educators and local partners\u2019 staff, including MECI facilitators.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation for all completed training sessions and draft progress reports for review by the Program Director and MECI HQ program team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist program director in preparing all documentation for Ministry of Education directory in charge of MECI\u2019s program and support in maintaining regular communications to improve the implementation of all child-centered activities in targeted schools.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Program Director in conducting regular meetings with local partners and trainers to improve partnerships, deliver training sessions, identify challenges, and build capacity or improve activity materials.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative and operational support for the University Scholarship Program, ensuring smooth implementation and coordination of activities related to the selection, management, and support of scholarship recipients.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative and operational support for activities aimed at empowering women in the Ramallah Governorate, including program planning, organizing events and workshops, managing communication with participants, and contributing to project effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular meetings with local partners and government officers to follow up on child\/women-centered activities implemented in the MECI area of intervention, find proper referral systems, and manage case records.<\/li>\n<li>Attend face-to-face and online training sessions conducted by MECI trainers and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as requested by the Program Director, demonstrating flexibility in job location and working hours when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong> Desirable Counselling and\/ or Psychology background diploma or other related topic with educational background.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Experience :<\/strong> Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs and 3 years of experience in other NGOs working in the country.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Languages<\/strong> English language is essential<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Knowledge<\/strong> Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet) and other computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>MECI is a civil society association and initiative that brings together individuals committed to the assistance of other human beings in crisis.
