CARE DRC is seeking a dynamic and visionary Country Director<\/strong> to lead our work in one of the most challenging and rewarding environments in the world. As the Country Director, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and drive our mission to alleviate poverty and achieve social justice, focusing on the most vulnerable populations, especially women and girls.<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction, program development, and overall management of CARE DRC. You will lead the Country Office in achieving program excellence, sustainability, and impactful partnerships, while ensuring we remain agile and responsive in a constantly changing humanitarian landscape.<\/p>\n

You will be at the helm of a senior leadership team, working across diverse sectors to manage and grow our country program portfolio, which includes both development and emergency response programs. As a key player, you will foster partnerships with government, donors, and civil society to influence and advocate for policies that align with CARE\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n
