{"id":13368,"date":"2024-09-26T16:14:18","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T11:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secardo.org\/esc-volunteering-monitoring-evaluation-assistant\/"},"modified":"2024-09-26T16:14:18","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T11:14:18","slug":"esc-volunteering-monitoring-evaluation-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/secardo.org\/?p=13368","title":{"rendered":"ESC Volunteering- Monitoring &#038; Evaluation Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"tag country\">Country: Greece<\/div>\n<div class=\"tag source\">Organization: Open Cultural Center<\/div>\n<div class=\"date closing\">Closing date: 30 Oct 2024<\/div>\n<p><strong>Main tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track all OCC activities, including OCC partnerships with other NGOs.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and managing qualitative and quantitative data.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and reporting on trends.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the finance department of OCC Greece in close contact with the site<br \/>\ncoordinator<\/li>\n<li>Generating and distributing satisfaction questionnaires to community<br \/>\nmembers and volunteers that are aligned with OCC indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the OCC Barcelona office in reporting on OCC Polykastro activities.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports or articles to be shared on the OCC website or used as part<br \/>\nof grant applications along with the Project Coordinator and the EU Project<br \/>\nManager.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the team with continuous improvement based on data trends,<br \/>\nindicator findings, and results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor degree in Statistics, Business Management, Mathematics,<br \/>\nSociology, Computer Sciences will be considered an asset<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SSPS, and\/or a statistical software program.<\/li>\n<li>An effective and compelling writing style.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak English fluently.<\/li>\n<li>Experience generating questionnaires and reporting on NGO indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work in teams in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Able to identify opportunities through a holistic vision of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about the work; good communication skills; willingness to take<br \/>\nover tasks<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Turkish, Kurdish<br \/>\n(Kurmanji, Sorani, Badini), Persian, or Dari is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Volunteer requirements established by ESC program<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old.<\/li>\n<li>To have a legal residence permit in an EU country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Never having done an ESC volunteering before.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates that don&#8217;t meet these requirements won&#8217;t be able to be considered as potential candidates for this volunteer position.<br \/>\nWhat do we offer?<\/li>\n<li>Our volunteering program is funded by the European Commission through the<\/li>\n<li>European Solidarity Corps program.<br \/>\nThis means that volunteering provides:<\/li>\n<li>Travel costs coverage: Up to the limits established in the Erasmus+ Guide distance<br \/>\ncalculator from the volunteer\u2019s region of residency to our center, and back<\/li>\n<li>Free Accommodation (shared room): Provided in Polykastro.
