In Hauts de France, and more specifically in the priority city districts of eight municipalities in the urban communities of Lens-Li\u00e9vin and H\u00e9nin-Carvin, M\u00e9decins du Monde is implementing a health prevention and promotion program that aims to reduce the preventable mortality rate and strengthen the populations’ ability to act. The program is structured around three components: prevention, health education and community health. The aim is to co-construct with the people concerned (users, residents, local stakeholders, professionals, institutions) an innovative and user-friendly approach in order to place residents and local stakeholders at the heart of the system.<\/p>\n
