About: Action Against Hunger<\/p>\n

Present in Ile de France and Marseille, ACF acts in France in a dynamic of support and complementarity with the actors in the fight against exclusion, poverty and inequalities. Our action is based on solid experience acquired internationally and aims to ensure food security for the most vulnerable. ACF works to characterize food security and to establish dignified access for all to sufficient, healthy and sustainable food.<\/p>\n

ACF operates in France at 3 levels:
\n– At the level of actors in access to food: diagnosis of profiles and needs and support for changing operational methods
\n– At the territorial level: support for coordination and linking of actors for a multidimensional approach
\n– At the public policy level: technical influence and advocacy work for the right to food<\/p>\n

We are looking for a Program Coordinator, to guarantee the quality, relevance and innovation of Mission France programs by supporting and coordinating teams in definition, implementation and capitalization.<\/p>\n

Mission :<\/p>\n

Under the supervision of the Country Director – France Mission, your role will be to:<\/p>\n

Contribute to the definition of the mission strategy and its operational implementation
\nAnalyze and monitor the context
\nContribute to the definition and implementation of the operational strategy and the annual action plan, particularly on program and technical aspects
\nContribute to the monitoring and harmonization of the Mission France strategy with domestic programs and advocacy carried out by ACF in Europe
\nCoordinate the identification of needs, the formulation of project proposals and the framing of partnerships associated with the projects
\nCoordinate the analysis of needs and feasibility studies of projects
\nSupport project managers in framing and writing project proposals and revision
\nParticipate in the framing, dissemination and support for the implementation of tools for defining and monitoring operational partnerships
\nProvide support for the development of research projects and exploration of scientific and technical partnership modalities
\nContribute to prospecting for donors
\nSupport the implementation of projects and guarantee their quality and accountability
\nCoordinate, consolidate, develop, disseminate and implement project management and SERA tools and processes adapted to the activities carried out and the intervention context
\nProvide support to project managers in the framing and deployment of projects and the issuance of operational and technical recommendations (and alert in the event of major difficulties)
\nProvide technical support to the teams and ensure the technical and legal compliance of programs (including GDPR) by coordinating relevant support
\nOn an ad hoc basis, directly supervise the preparation and deployment of projects with national scope and including collaboration with research stakeholders
\nEnsure the quality of reporting and capitalization of projects and guarantee the coordination and internal circulation of learning
\nParticipate in the representation and active participation of ACF in national and local external coordination and ensure the establishment and\/or consolidation of national partnerships
\nManage teams
\nManage the SERA Support Officer and Passerelle Plus Project Officer
\nProvide support to the management of Project Managers in close collaboration with Field Coordinators<\/p>\n

Profile :<\/p>\n

You have a higher education at Master 2 level, general (international relations, political science) or specialized in international development\/management of humanitarian action or in one of ACF’s areas of technical expertise.
\nYou have at least 7-8 years of experience in the field of humanitarian or development project management, social aid and\/or food democracy in France, with at least 4 years in coordination positions.
\nYou have skills in mobilizing and leading a network of partners, as well as in internal mobilization of resources and capitalization for the evolution of practices and adaptation of strategies.
\nYou have already worked successfully in management and skills development, team support. You have excellent leadership skills.
\nYou have very good analytical, synthesis, strategic thinking and positioning and representation skills.
\nYou are familiar with and interested in the political, economic and social context in France, as well as the situation of people in great precariousness in France and the interventions of associative actors targeting them.<\/p>\n

Conditions of employment
\nStatus: Integrated Framework – 12-month fixed-term contract until 09\/22\/2025 – Full-time
\nLocation: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
\nRemuneration: From 40K to 49K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
\nBenefits: 21 days of RTT
\nHealth and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
\nSalary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
\nTransport allowances: 50% coverage of the package between home and workplace
\nMeal voucher allowances (Up lunch card): 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
\nSocial works of the CSE
\nTeleworking: Teleworking open to all from the metropolitan area
\nThis position has been defined as requiring a mandatory presence at headquarters of 12 days per month.
\nCollective face-to-face times imposed \/ also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
\nTeleworking allowances
\nTraining: Unlimited and free access to the Crossknowledge \u00a9 certifying e-learning platform
\nSpecial conditions: travel to Marseille and possibly short trips elsewhere in France<\/p>\n
