We place a high priority on ensuring that only those who share and demonstrate our values are recruited to work for us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Salary and Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Grade 4<\/strong> &#8211; Based on experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contract Type<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Fixed Term<\/strong> &#8211; 100% (full-time: 40h\/week)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting to<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR &#038; Administration Coordinator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Staff Reporting Directly to This Post<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR &#038; Administration Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Relationships\/Interactions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matrix management with HR and Admin Officer, Oxfam Staff in Field Office, External Suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Algiers Office\/Rabuni Tindouf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shaping a stronger Oxfam for people living in poverty.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assist the human resources department in the administrative management of personnel, contribute to the management of the company&#8217;s general services, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<strong>Administrative Management of Personnel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other administrative documents.<\/li>\n<li>Manage personnel files (entries, exits, updating information).<\/li>\n<li>Track absences and leave.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the HR dashboards are up to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Support for HR Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the recruitment process (sorting resumes, scheduling interviews, welcoming candidates).<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the organization of internal and external training.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of HR projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Management of General Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office supplies and oversee orders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the logistical organization of internal events.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the purchase of new items in coordination with the logistics department.<\/li>\n<li>Handle purchasing tasks and ensure procurement processes are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the guest house, including bookings, maintenance, and ensuring the comfort of guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Administrative Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle physical and telephone reception.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure filing and archiving of administrative documents.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare meeting minutes and various reports.<\/li>\n<li>Manage ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa applications for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Technical:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR software is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Personal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rigorous and well-organized.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Discretion and respect for confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bac +2\/3 in Human Resources, Administration, or a similar field.<\/li>\n<li>1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender\/gender mainstreaming, women\u2019s rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to Oxfam\u2019s safeguarding policies to ensure all people who come into contact with Oxfam are as safe as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Organisational Values<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Accountability<\/strong> \u2013 Our purpose-driven, results-focused approach means we take responsibility for our actions and hold ourselves accountable.
