Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n

implementation of project activities according to the specified deadlines and organisational, contractual and financial directives.<\/p>\n

Depending on the specialist division, the MEAL Assistant Sumy is responsible for carrying out procurement activities, implementing technical measures and \/ or implementing social components within the framework of the specified project assignment<\/p>\n

Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gather and collect information relevant to the execution of the WHH plan by conducting 1) over-the-phone interviews, 2) face-to-face interviews, 3) focus group discussions, 4) field monitoring visits.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all data is entered correctly in a secure way and seek the database manager\u2019s support where needed.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide support in data cleaning and data analysis.
\n\u2022 Provide support in indicator reporting.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support the MEAL Officer in overall data management processes.
\n\u2022 Support MEAL Officer in Partners\u2019 trainings when required.
\n\u2022 Report any problems encountered while carrying out the allocated activities. \u2022 Be involved in monthly market monitoring.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Participate in all professional development trainings.
\n\u2022 Support MEAL Officer in field monitoring visits.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
\n\u2022 Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes.
\n\u2022 Fulfill the assigned tasks according to the respective M&E activity\u2019s Terms of Reference (ToRs). \u2022 Comply with labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules, Safety, and Environmental regulations and guidelines.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure regular monitoring of all implemented activities specifically in Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions.<\/p>\n

Specific Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n

Excel and Microsoft Office
\n\u2022 Intermediate to fluent level of spoken and written English<\/p>\n

\u2022 Knowledge and experience in data collection and surveys
\n\u2022 Knowledge of labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules.<\/p>\n
